How to Get Unstuck and Start Moving on a Project

Have you ever sat down at your computer to work on a project, and then gotten distracted by a post you saw on facebook, or an email you received.. only to get up an hour later with nothing done?

Yeah, it happens. But what’s really going on behind the mask of procrastination might be that you’re feeling stuck. You might not know what action steps to take to make things move forward.

Or maybe your project seems so huge that you don’t know where to start, so you do nothing instead.

Feeling this way can be paralyzing.

It’s time to stop spinning your wheels and get into action.

Such clear advice – and you’re so right about changing the energy of what you’re doing by getting out the house and creating physical momentum. that alone will really help push things into a different place. Thanks for the share
