Sample Manifestation Workshop Components
1. Introduction to Manifestation
A serene & sophisticated setting where Jen Mazer shares the formula for manifestation. Jen will introduce herself and explain why her friends nicknamed her the “Queen of Manifestation,” and how manifesting really works. She'll share a few real-life inspiring stories to get people to open up to the idea that they truly can manifest what they want next. She’ll explain how the Law of Attraction works from a scientific perspective, and how to tap into your imagination to get in touch with your intuition. She’ll talk about how most people overcomplicate the process. And in fact, manifesting can be a lot easier than you think. She’ll also share how "manifesting made easy" led her to co-creating Sparked & presenting it at TED.
2. Guided Writing and Sharing
Jen will guide the group to individually write down their own goals and intentions. She can prepare different worksheets based on your company's goals. Samples include: Intention Setting, Best Practices for Writing Affirmations, What Are You Allowing/How Will You Up-level, etc.
3. Guided Manifestation Visualization
Jen will lead a 15-minute guided visualization, guiding participants to step into their dreams with special surprises for people to elevate their vision even higher.
4. Dream Expansion
Jen will guide the group through a dream expansion exercise where everyone expands upon each other's dreams as they relate to the company's vision. We expand what's possible for the growth of the business.
5. Questions
Jen will take any questions people have about manifesting.
6. Closing Activity
Jen's Sparked Game is the perfect bonding activity for an intimate team-building event or at every table for guests to play during lunch to spark conversation, connection and dream building. Each game comes with 240 cards, a spinner, and a magic wand.
